The rooms at Hanoi Old Quarter House are cozy and comfortable, with glass windows or a balcony offering amazing views of the Old Quarter. As a guest, I felt like I was part of the bustling city, soaking in the unique atmosphere.
Personally, I found the wooden flooring in the rooms a bit too creaky. However, I understand that some people might enjoy the rustic charm it adds to the overall ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at Old Quarter House. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ha Noi Old Quarter, near some amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Although there were some minor issues with the water drainage in the washroom, it didn't take away from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Ha Noi.

The rooms at Hanoi Old Quarter House are amazing! I stayed in a room with a glass window and the view of the Old Quarter was simply breathtaking. It made me feel so connected to the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being able to relax in the comfort of my room.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of soundproof rooms. I prefer to hear the sounds of the city, as it adds to the overall experience.

The glass windows in our room provided stunning views of the vibrant Old Quarter, making us feel like we were part of a picturesque scene from a movie. It was as if we had our own private balcony to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city.
Staff communication issue.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, a mini fridge, TV, and comfortable beds. The location was great, right in the heart of the old quarter, and the staff, especially Lily at reception, were friendly and informative.
Breakfast items could have been improved.

I had a fantastic stay at the Old Quarter House. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed them. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city by foot. I was able to visit all the main attractions within a 20-30 minute walk. The owner even helped me arrange a trip to Halong Bay, providing excellent options. They even went the extra mile to help me when I got delayed at the airport, picking up instant cup noodles for me to have in my room. I highly recommend this property for its staff, cleanliness, location, functionality.
Everything is exactly what I needed and wanted. 🙌😊

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides a convenient computer station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my work easier. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the internet was reliable, allowing me to stay connected and productive throughout my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a printer or a business center. Having access to a printer would have been more convenient for my synod preparations.
